One class feature that really captures the essence of the Warlord is the Mastermind Rogue’s Master of Tactics class feature.. A dex barb/rogue would be a competent ranged combatant with sneak attack, dex, longbow/heavy crossbow proficiency, and the ability to create advantage on attacks. Some subclass combos like zealot/soulknife or Ancestral Guardian/Mastermind give you really unique options for helping the team and roleplay. All the tools and proficiency.

The class-specific multiclass feats are also prerequisites for the power-swap feats, each of which allows the character to swap out a daily, encounter, or utility power from their first class for one from. Most Rogue archetype features at low levels are relevant out-of-combat. We recommend taking only 3 levels of Rogue here. Mastermind (Insightful Manipulator at level 9) and Battle Master (Know Your Enemy at level 7 ) both give insights to your target’s skills.
